Guests present the repertoire of their choice in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Admission is free. Each participant can bring a small dish for a snack after the recital.
This activity is reserved for students of professors who are active or temporary members of the QMTA and for members with “friend” status.

Canadian Music Week was established in 1960 to celebrate the 25thE Anniversary of the Canadian Federation of Music Teacher Associations. The celebrations were so successful that the following year, it was decided that the FCAPM Council would make this week an annual event.
The goals of the SMC are to make the public aware of the importance of Canadian music, to support composers and performers of Canadian music, to introduce young Canadians to contemporary music, and to encourage music teachers to deepen their knowledge of Canadian works.

Participants must have a minimum RCM Grade 8 level. For beginner and intermediate participants, please consult the corresponding activity.
