Anne-Marie Denoncourt est diplômée de la Faculté de Musique de McGill et du Westminster Choir College de Princeton, New Jersey. Lors de son séjour aux Etats-Unis, elle a eu la chance d’étudier avec Dalton Baldwin et Margo Garrett.
Madame Denoncourt occupe un poste d’enseignante (piano et accompagnement) au Cégep St-Laurent. Elle accompagne également de nombreux chanteurs et instrumentistes à l’Université de Montréal, à McGill et à Vincent-d’Indy. On a pu l’entendre à maintes reprises sur les ondes de CBC/Radio-Canada. Elle a collaboré avec de nombreuses formations, dont l’Ensemble vocal Tudor, l’Opéra-comique du Québec, Sing a Mile High, l’Ensemble vocal Musica Viva, l’Institut Suzuki Montréal et bien d’autres.
Madame Denoncourt est également codirectrice artistique du Centre musical CAMMAC dans les Laurentides.
Anne-Marie Denoncourt holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Music Education from McGill University, where she studied under Louis-Philippe Pelletier. In 1986, she received a Master of Music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. While in the United States, she was fortunate to study with master accompanists Dalton Baldwin and Margo Garrett.
Ms. Denoncourt pursues carreers as both piano teacher and accompanist. She accompanies singers and instrumentalists, principally at Université de Montréal, McGill and at Ecole de Musique Vincent–d’Indy. Her performances have been broadcast many times on the CBC/Radio-Canada shows “Jeunes Artistes”, ”Quebec in Concert”, “Radio Noon” and “Choral Concert”. Among the groups she has performed with are the Tudor Singers of Montreal, Musica Orbium, the Montreal West Operatic Society, St.Lambert Choral Society, Ensemble Vocal Musica Viva (World Symposium on Choral Singing in Vancouver, 1993), Chorale du Gesu, Ganymède (Podium 2002 in Toronto), Polymnie (Open House: MSO new Maison Symphonique in 2011) , and English Montreal School Board Chorale (World of Children Choirs in Vancouver, 2001, Festival 500 in St. John’s, Newfoundland, 2003/2007/2013 and Coastal Sound Youth Choir Festival in Vancouver, 2009).
Ms. Denoncourt is also artistic co-director at CAMMAC Music center in the Laurentians.
